PollGrid collects responses only through opened, reviewed publications with a participation notice and consent. Access checks, version-bound submissions and duplicate controls protect participation. Responses flagged for review are adjudicated before inclusion in governed result snapshots; public results require independent review and release. Privacy requests follow a separate review and approval workflow, with audit records and recovery controls. These safeguards do not make an open poll a representative sample or guarantee freedom from manipulation. We do not request NIN, BVN, PVC numbers, passport numbers or exact home addresses.
